The Well โ€“ BMJ Supportive & Palliative Care

I wrote this poem because I was caught by the imagery of stillness that can be seen when sick;surrounded by motion and also because it can be easy to overlook those without voices. Our voice is often muted by illness. Sometimes the best medicine is companionship.
