online people say that the older drivers work for them, but it isn’t with me. I don’t know what to do. It’s a software issue. My hardware is fine.

my wacom cintiq 13HD is officially “out of date” technology that wacom will not be updating drivers for, so I went to install older drivers and my computer refuses to recognize that my device is connected
