Reading through others' posts on language learning made me add a "colloquialisms and slang" tab to my vocab database lol

Because I want to learn the language, but I want to โœจlearnโœจ the language.

I use Google Sheets. I have a column for the Spanish word, the English translation, the word type (verb, noun, adjective, etc.), and then a notes column for context or examples.

I randomize the spreadsheet once a week and quiz myself on the first 10 words that appear. ๐Ÿ˜Š

The plan, named Uqausivut 2.0, included developing "regional language plans that align with the [government of Nunavut] language planning process for each region, incorporating input from regional focus group consultations to ensure grassroots participation and local/regional relevance".

I've been looking for a way to turn my big database of Spanish words and notes into flashcards--definitely going to check out Flippity. Thank you!

ANYWAY, did you know there's an extension you can put on Chrome that will connect with your local library system and when you go look at a book, say on AMZ, it will tell you if that book exists in the library system and if it's available?

It's literally called Library Extension.

Does anyone use Excel / Google Sheets to track vocab for your target language? I'd love to hear your tips!
