In nothern Rio de Janeiro city, there is a couple of hills called Complexo da Penha. It's Comando Vermelho("Red Command", a drug gang), or CV, territory.

CV is the greatest gang in Rio, second in the whole Brazil.

Hierarchical behavior in humans is a learned behavior not an instinctual one. In fact very little that we attribute to instinct actually is, humans mostly abandoned instinctual behaviors as a part of having such a long growth cycle. Every behavior that capital defenders say is inherent was learned.
