What does emotional exhaustion feel like? 2 weeks ago Laszlo had an emergency enterotomy to retrieve something from his small intestine and even though he's healing well I feel like my emotions will not settle. I still just feel like crying from stress. I feel so tired emotionally and financially.

He's doing a lot better but we're only halfway through 14 days. He's so sad that he can't play.

On Monday morning, Laszlo had to go to urgent care. He ended up needing abdominal surgery to retrieve something from his stomach. He came home Tuesday and seems to be recovering well. That doesn’t stop my anxiety. He has to chill and sleep and not run around for like 10-14 days.

When you experience nostalgia how does it feel? For me I remember the kind of mornings it was, the crisp morning air, the feeling of freedom for that day, the smell (whether it's winter air, cut grass, cooking). It's like for that memory my mind took a snapshot of how things felt that day/time
