There are a lot of folks in their 20s & 30s who need to learn more about cooking & are making basic errors, so here’s a Cooking Basics 101 thread while I make some refried beans.

Stove dials go between, say, 1 and 10. Use them. Some things need cooking slowly. Some fast. It changes everything.

FOR REAL like I never had most of them so the novelty is hella there. But also memories from playing on friends consoles. I think N64 or SNES for me. But also Game Cube cause I just want it so bad.

I mean any movie can be a horror movie with the right frame of mind.
