Egg whites are low-cal/high protein breakfast magic for me. I aim for 30g of protein per meal and do a protein shake to hit a little over that. Ground chicken taco bowls, lentil soup, tuna salad, salmon salad etc…

Headed home after a week spent with one of my best friends and her family in LA. I don't have family, so sometimes I struggle when witnessing nurturing, compassionate familial relationships up close because it reminds me of my lack.

But I’m leaving this trip feeling grateful and included.
