I'm not arguing with you and I'm not panicking about every single dead bird. I KNOW birds die of other causes. Boat strikes, predators, illnesses, starvation. No need to be so rude and condescending to me thank you.

For sure, however, he said there was a sick looking bird nearby. Guillemots do tend to stay closer to shore and sometimes will hang out near other birds.

Very possible. There's a bad one in the East in Canada. Migration/breeding season is set to be horrendous this year.

All of the birders who have traveled to and enjoyed Colombia. among other places, over the last decade or so should know that USAID is the entity that helped fund much of the ecotourism and conservation infrastructure that we get to enjoy there.

The birding trails. The lodges. The land. All of it.

Why did the blue #lobster turn red? It wasn't a riddle for the #Museum, but a reality!

On October 31st, we found our blue lobster had molted and was now red (with some blue accents). This change is likely due to a change in her diet.

Will she change again? We'll have to wait and see!
