Netanyahu refuses to rule out further strikes on Hamas leaders
At a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Netanyahu said every country had the right "to defend itself beyond its borders".
Even under the controversial Bethlehem principles (βSelf-Defense Against an Imminent or Actual Armed Attack by Nonstate Actorsβ (2012) 106 AJIL 769.) the Israeli strike constitutes an obvious breach of international law and threatening new strikes violates the UN Charter.
