hiking in a local wilderness area...stop every hour...meditate in Nature-God -- no Iphone-no distractions

...meditating in my trailer at small trailer park in the country -- I have a neighbor 30 feet away who can be "noisy"

...no choice: MUST use head-phones/I phone BINURAL BEATS

why would any partner "tease" their partner about being "too disciplined?" discipline shows me self respect...respect for others...respect for playing by the rules...an open level "playing field" -- faithfulness, fidelity OVER cheating, lying...Personal ethics = one is non corruptible, untouchable
