Turn ODIs into World Cup qualifiers with four groups of five. Top three qualify over a four year period with a home and away series.
If the cricket money giants of ECB, BCCI & CA want to have other games, sure. But then those can just be classed as friendlies.

Cool, I really fancied an absolute England humbling after the 16-0 whitewash yesterday. Cheers lads.

A gentle reminder that West Indies were 38-7 only yesterday 😶

Why were people so (Phil) salty about Carse being selected for England sqauds in the summer? An excellent all round cricketer and always thought he's showed great promise 🤷🏻♂️

Yes, the test is still to come, but the occasion just feels dampened following all this. Not a chance England win that.

I feel like 16-0 has been written on the cards for sometime.
There will be media talk galore to cover it up. But the raging debates about the athleticism, the fall out from the dodging interviews and the really poor performances on the field just completely sums up the embarrassment of this tour.

A great knock from Knight to try and keep England in contention, and who knows what might have been with the DLS and the rain situation..
But in all honesty, that was another game lost in the field.
Congratulations, Australia. Thoroughly deserved.

Lord's have released more tickets for the India tests! Don't get excited though.
I know (slightly) cheaper tickets would have been available in the ballot, but £130 for Day 4 is ludicrous.
(Nice to know all that Day 4 2024 feedback was taken on. Nonsense.)

Absolute bargain compared to Lord's...

Always is. Not to forget all the white ball bilateral series they will cram in during the other years to scrape the 'rivalry' money even more.

Thanks for sharing! I imagine prices will be probably be even higher for India this summer...

Could not agree more on the inconsistency! To see the same England side/ opposition a week apart could be the difference of £50+ at a different ground - it's crazy.

Probably worth it to see Jimmy for a final time though!

Was the experience worth it? Or were you disappointed in the number of overs bowled for example?
Would love to hear from you!

Hey cricket fans!
We're hopefully back recording soon and we have a couple of topics to discuss. First up, is ticket pices 🎟
If you're happy to share, how much did you have to pay for any England international games last summer or for this?

London cricketers... Anyone have advice on where best to indoor net?
For a capital city, trying to find anything affordable for more than an hour is next to impossible! Any suggestions are very welcome 💚

Well, how about now...?
India have wrestled back the momentum since the Khawaja wicket. Australia suddenly have it all to do.
Isn't Test Cricket just great?

Based on pure vibes, it feels impossible that we will see anything other than 3-1 Australia.
It's a weird one, as aside from a few great individual performances, I don't think they've been great. They've just had more than one player perform for them in comparison..

Happy New Year followers!
Here's to a year where we remember the result of a bilateral ODI series, a new t20 franchise isn't created every other day, you don't get a duck and an England player won't say something utterly bonkers.
Enjoy 2025 🥳

It's kinda pointless to try and put into words just how good Bumrah has been this series. I feel like every single superlative has already been used at this point.
Feel pretty lucky that we're in a generation that get to watch him to be honest.
