Normally that means that a team is in the "Power Play" overs and indicates that only two fielders can be outside the connect-the-dots looking infield circle. Why it is there right now is driving me nuts since the Power Play is overs 1-6.

Yup. Early on I would have given the advantage to New Zealand but I am thinking it's skewed toward South Africa now. Kiwis are looking around 180ish at the moment and it looks to be a good wicket for batters.
