Mantra for today: Believe in yourself!! While at my local grocery store, I overheard someone say, “Superman,” loud & clear. Instinctively, I turned around as if someone had called my name. It turned out to be a woman chatting with her elderly parents, using it as a sweet compliment for her dad.

I thought the actor who played Doug had passed away? Also, I think I missed a few episodes in mentioning the character John Black passing away while on special assignment for Shane?

Today is National Transgender Day of Remembrance. None are forgotten, none will ever be forgotten.

I'm saddened to learn of the passing of soap opera legend Jacklyn Zeman who played Bobbie Spencer on General Hospital. My condolences to the many friends, fans, and loving family of this beautiful woman. Rest In Peace Jacklyn and thank you!
