Notes todays parkrun.

1. I did 5.34 up angina hill and was still over taken by a dilf with a buggy.
2. There was a lot of good looking fellow runners.
3. What is it about the t-shirt lift ab reveal that is does things …? Doesn’t have to be abs, can be fur.
4. And now to tackle the garden.
