Cardboard has been down since Oct. Gutted to find a cracked tile. Looks like someone dropped a hammer or similar and chose not to own up. 😭😭😭😭

Tiles are directly on the underfloor heating, tiler hasn't got back to me about if it's possible to lift & replace 🤞🤞🤞
