Awesome. I am originally from Hamilton (now living off grid in the bush of N Ontario) and put these on hold through the library.

The Ontario Premier (not PM)is a bag of wind. He makes promises he has no intention of keeping. He has so many broken promises even the starlink hasn't been cancelled nor the US alcohol off shelves. Time will tell but I am not optimistic

He talks a lot but the follow up is sadly lacking... Time will tell but I am not optimistic based on history

And which party's candidate withdrew to help kick out foug dord?

Oh and don't forget that those blueman group supporters also say the CONs are 'fiscally' conservative but the worst deficits (pre pandemic) are always con.

Sadly I am in Ontario and we can't have nice things because... Foug Ford nuff said.

It's snowbirds... The driving issue is not that they are Canadian, they are OLD. They suck at roundabouts up here too. ๐Ÿคช

I think it's their job to show us a better side not our job to tell them how

28.02.2025 23:40 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Oh they have been evil since Mulroney. Stripping our rights away or feeding us bs theories (trickle down) I'd say it's your memory that has the Pollyanna complex

This is exactly what frustrated me. ๐Ÿ‘ the one NDP candidate that tried to help by dropping out but I will now NEVER vote liberal provincially because of their greed in this election. These politicians need to put country before party. But now I know that every election they will make me have to!

28.02.2025 20:43 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 4    ๐Ÿ” 1    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Love Charlie to death (he is my MP and will be dearly missed) but after seeing what Ontario just did I am not so sure.

I don't think they'll wait to let PoILIEvre get his footing again. But time will tell

It is up to 49,000
Let's get this one over 100k!

Completely agree. Just concerned about the upcoming federal election with this result

28.02.2025 19:06 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

That is interesting I saw a number of ridings where the CONs would have lost were the left parties not splitting the votes. One was closely lost by the greens. Not sure if there were enough of them to beat out the majority but sure would had the parties pulled candidates they knew couldn't win.

28.02.2025 17:22 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Sorry no bright side to foug dord at all. ๐Ÿคฌ

28.02.2025 16:46 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

The turn out was more than the in 22 the problem is vote splitting on the left. We need to remove fptp and the CONs/liberals will never do that because they both benefit from it alternatingly.

28.02.2025 15:10 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I disagree vehemently! He is far from center never mind left. Health care, education, housing are the left issues and he fails miserably on those. 1/2

28.02.2025 15:10 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 2    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Really? Who dropped out of a race to let the liberal win.. it's the liberals that needed to do the same.

28.02.2025 14:47 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

When you don't vote you give less than 20% of citizens the right to tell you how your province is run and it's always the CONS who benefit. I am seriously concerned for my grandchildren. ๐Ÿฅบ

28.02.2025 14:39 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 4    ๐Ÿ” 1    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I am beyond disappointed with the results here. Another 4 years of watching the CONS get rich off the backs of citizens! Why don't people vote?

28.02.2025 14:37 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

It used to be Timmins/James Bay and that made it look less con supporting but it is full of Koolaid drinking blueman group supporters. Don't know how Charlie managed to be there as often as he was. Sure am gonna miss that guy

28.02.2025 02:05 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Timmins has been conservative forever but they just made it a riding so it could show it's true colours. ๐Ÿงต

28.02.2025 02:04 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I know PoILIEvre is targeting the new northern riding. Which one flipped federally?

28.02.2025 00:37 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Timiskaming/Cochrane? I drove 50km to vote against foug dord Certainly hope it doesn't flip!
