It pains me to announce, I discovered a large hole in the heel of my favorite pair of shoes. This will unfortunately force me to retire them. I guess it is appropriate that it is raining today to mark this solemn occasion. I ask that you respect my privacy at this time.

Should I have had three pieces of pizza as a late night snack? Probably not but it was tasty, so I’ll give myself grace.

Love thunderstorms but hail….not so much.

Starting this dreary Monday with a lukewarm coffee, such a Monday thing.

Traffic was a B today. It almost made me turn around, go home, and climb back into bed but then I’d get docked for not being “in office” and I wasn’t about to get double whammied today. So here I sit, in the office, hoping time flies. Happy Tuesday world!

What a pro shot. Next to Normal is one of my favorite shows, so I had some reservations going in but I was BLOWN AWAY! Bravo to all involved. That cast was next level! Thank you @pbs.org for sharing it with the world!

I got to use the Apple Vision Pro today. I think I liked it but I think someone needs to send me one to use long term to make sure. 😏

While I find my work rewarding, today I think I’d rather not work and instead go out and enjoy nature. Damn work.

Nothing like getting the weekend started by hitting Costco for the essentials.

Downside to being gone for an extended period of time is coming home to an empty fridge. Guess refried beans and taco sauce it is for lunch. Love it but not ideal.

Home! Nothing beats my own couch.

Update: the fries were ice cold and the burger was one step beneath lukewarm. Learned my lesson ordering food for delivery in Miami.
