It is driving me crazy, even if it shouldβt, that transport policy-wise, we in the Philippines are shadowing this American trend. One of the worst things that remained with us after decades of 20th century American colonialism is our car-centrism.

I also saw "It Was Just An Accident" (Jafar Panahi, 2025). Went in purposely not knowing anything about this Palme dβOr winner. Sometimes felt like a play that teetered between being a chilling thriller or a dark comedy. Ultimately devastating.
