I hope it is not too late Brian. Traveling across the country, the only voice on AM radio is syndicated far-right talk radio, coupled to Christofascist mega church broadcasts and a smattering of white music, all on repeaters. We need an option to this low tech medium.

That insurrectionist should not be allowed into the Whitehouse.

I am here, never a fan of Twitter, shut it down when Musk bought it. I tried Mastodon, did not find the value I hoped for. Tik Tok is not my cup o' tea. Instagram was nice for sharing images. Facebook allowed me connection with others, Threads refreshing, but Meta is destroying that value.

Just starting to come here. I resist the fascist turn of Meta, not willing the cede the space, but desire a healthier platform than anything controlled by the oligarchy.

That rising impacts of climate change are twisted into sick, political rhetoric is infuriating. There are lives lost, and incalcuable loss. Half of this nation has no decency. Shame on them.

It will travel to Zaragosa to participate in the XVIII Edition of the contemporary realist art exhibition, "Something More Than Realism…", which will be held from January 7 to February 8, 2025, at the Agrupación Artística Aragonesa Gallery in Zaragoza.

This little painting is hanging at the European Museum of Midern Art in Barcelona until January 26th, 2025.

From a photograph I captured while kayaking in the islands near Phuket, Thailand with Connie over a decade ago. This image while in a cave. I needed to paint something simple following some eye surgery.

And yet we are disconnected enough from reality that he was elected, and not held accountable for his dereliction of duty, his insurrection and his giving aid and comfort to our enemies.

Thank you. I am going to attempt another shot this evening, using a Sigma 2.0 Televerter and lowering the exposure. Also set the camera to a "mirror up" and 3 second delay following shelter release depress to try and capture better detail and reduce vibration.

Barcelona, 2020

Walking near the port when visiting Barcelona to attend the opening of an art exhibit at the European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM) where one of my paintings was hanging. The contrast of antiquity of a doorway covered in contemporary graffiti attracted me.
