Although an apology to the children is important there should also be an apology to the teachers for the absolute chaos and lack of proper communication and support and training for online learning. We were expected to be experts over a weekend!

The more senior they are the more likely they are to be unaware of the realities of what it is like in a classroom these days!!!

Yes we have a buddy system in our school that starts at the nursery. They visit in summer term and do different activities with the new starts then help in the first week with the playground and lunch. It is great for everyone!😀

Angelina Jolie has been critically ill in the vets. Bob missed her so much he stopped eating 3 days ago.

The days are long and we have so many challenges with the street dogs. But nothing will ever beat this feeling.

It was a very hot one!!! I thought I was going to melt this afternoon.😂🫠

After a very very long time of having a stage partner to share the load( and usually help me with anything technical😂) this year I am on my own so feeling a bit sad about that! I have a P2 and there is a P2/3 but not quite the same.😢

He's one of the greatest dogs we have ever had.

Panda was only hours from death and spent 10 days in ICU. He's like a whole new dog now!

Only thing now is I have updated to chalk pens which are brilliant as so clear on the board and my trusty Flash eraser for cleaning.😂

I have used all of them and still use my blackboard every day. The position of my smart board means all the children cannot see it unless they are sitting on the carpet in front of it. Everyone can see the blackboard clearly.

You could also get other colours to make your worksheet more exciting. I liked the green!

The sun makes a difference too when using the Vanish. Sometimes stain is still there after washing but few hours drying in the sun and like magic has disappeared.

We always have a planned teacher activity- not a race but something a bit silly! We also have a staff dress up theme for sports day too- this year was 80s revival! The children love it !
