I got myself a DID / OSDD workbook journal thing. I start reading some of the prompts and someone in here freaked out so badly it caused us to have a full on breakdown. Our partner was luckily there to help us through it.

That was terrifying. My brain hurts after that. I might just sleep now.

If it wasn't an actual dissorder then why would it be in the DSM-5? It wouldn't be diagnosable if it wasn't a real observable thing? Trust me, I wish I didn't go through this shit on the daily. It's exhausting not knowing who I am at any given moment.
