the thing about writing is that it's very hard unless you have to leave the house in 15 minutes or perhaps go to bed

all discourse aside, there is one machine with consciousness. it's printers. they are alive and conscious and they hate you and they'd take your arm clean off if you let them. never trust a printer.

with longer pieces the desire to be done can definitely be one of the hardships...last time I took a break I didn't come back until Dec 31 of the following year so I totally understand

with long pieces the fear/uncertainty is real, but it usually concludes better than we expect

every time I fell in love with reuenthal over the past 3 years it was actually precipitated by a distinct case of vaccine injury

Just got the flu shot and covid booster. I believe in science. I also believe in not getting sick from anything given a lot of writing deadlines, so I mask up in crowds, airports, and use a helpful nasal spray. Really not wise to take chances if you can avoid it.
