I’d love to see any research on the net benefit of “streaks” - it seems like every app is hell bent on establishing streaks nowadays, whether I want it or not. I imagine for some people they’re helpful, for me, they feed perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking and often cause me to give up.

Yes, Small Language Models looks very interesting. But they are down stream of LLMs. I hope we hit a wall soon so it becomes more important to minify and optimize smaller, more focused, models

I set up an RSS reader on my server and it's been incredibly nice. I'm using Miniflux (github.com/miniflux/v2). Sometimes I use Reactflux (github.com/electh/React...) as a frontend for it, but even miniflux on its own is really nice.

Im very surprised to hear that ”hallucinations” is considered a personality trait?!

Hallucinations in my mental model is just a byproduct of how this works.

Maybe they mean something like agreeableness and providing answers even when low certainty?

I usually use Claude and I do get annoyed with the slow speed. ChatGPT is faster but the quality of answers are often worse so I stick with Claude.
