I looked for one in all trees and bushes all week and then this one just stood in the middle of a walking path.... 😭

I got to see the largest beetle species in Europe!!! I'm so happy I've literally hoped to see it during my trip to Austria and there it finally is..... he's so pretty!! 🪲🪲🪲

Oh right I got new beetle grubs! I hope at least one of the two will make it because that blue color is just so pretty 😭 they're pretty small still so it will be a while before they do their thing but let's hope for the best!

I got more mantis friends, two yunnans to be precise! I always wanted spiny flower mantises but never found any, but these are basically quite close so I'm happy <3

Thinking back to this and how fucking deeply the video got fried...
