that launch was ROUGH but i also gave them a ton of slack being a new studio handling a ton of factors. it sucks the switch version is still so broken

still havent gotten far enough in eiyuden to judge it (i have the switch version and it crashes too often for me to want to deal with. im going re-buy it on ps5 eventually). putting it at #3 tho. that bodes well

it's pretty hard for me to get into souls-likes outside of from soft. there's too much nuance and subtlety in the mix, not even from soft gets it right every time.

pretty ambitious for 11 yo tbh. doing a semi-zelda-like recently was some of the most fun ive had in awhile

one of my favorite things is figuring out how to do other genres in rpg maker without plugins, so i dont think i can ever abandon the programs completely. tower defense might be the most fun yet tho

i think the root cause is that i have never really belonged anywhere. not autistic enough for the nerds, too autistic for the normies. etc. never wanted to or tried to fit any label; it took me a very long time to even accept that i might have pronouns, i just felt mostly alien

it’s wild to me when people are intimidated by my “talents” (???) bc i am one of the most impostor-syndrome-coded people ever. maybe when i release a game i might feel better but i doubt it

considering making this other game with rtp graphics then going back when its finished and redoing the graphics entirely. or maybe i could release the rtp version for free and make the new graphics version paid
