Just finished Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir and asdjkfhlzk! I’ll try not to spoil much but it hit all of the good notes about what has me so fascinated by alien contact stories. Definitely a different tone from the Three-Body series, which I also read recently.

I’m so covention-pilled now, I really need to get into art vending so I can keep going to more. I’d love for that to be my job. I just wish I didn’t have to deal with my current full-time job while I’m trying to build my art up.
