I’ll be reading at the Old Courthouse Museum in Vicksburg MS tomorrow, Oct. 4, at 1pm. The last time I was in a courtroom, it was for jury duty. This should be a lot more fun!
Stop by Lorelei Books’ table at 1008 Cherry Street. They're organizing the readings and selling books at the flea market.

In this divisive time, international collaboration can still be amazingly rewarding. Here is the story of one of my poems that will be performed in Serbia tonight. Many thanks to Petros Bouras and the band Starwound for all they do!

Writers Resist AI with Human Interaction
Should you read this title as a statement or a command? Going on book tour has me thinking about how writers can engage readers through personal appearances, and how that promotes the value of human-generated writing to counter the influence of AI.

We had a great time and a good crowd. They even had to bring out extra chairs, and I signed a lot of books! (They also had me sign some extra copies for anyone who missed the reading.) Thanks to @lemuriabooks for hosting this! You're one of the true treasures in Mississippi.
