We are relieved to see the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta grant an injunction which restores Alberta physicians' ability to make clinical decisions based on evidence, in consultation with patients and their families.

Last night at the @cjf-fjc.bsky.social Awards in Toronto, @lenardmonkman.bsky.social was awarded the Indigenous Health Fellowship – a meaningful collaboration between CJF and @cmadocs.bsky.social ‬to support Indigenous voices in health journalism.

At the meeting in Saskatoon today, we welcome the First Ministers' intention to break down interprovincial barriers, including obstacles to labour mobility.

We now need to see the details of the plan and a path to making these intentions a reality.

The CMA is ready to work with all governments to make this happen and to improve our #CDNhealth care system.
