Haste: Broken Worlds is a platforming/action game about running really fast. I like the sense of momentum you get when you pick up speed and it's very satisfying to hit a perfect landing at just the right angle. The 3D Sonic games could learn a thing or two from this.

Shotgun Cop Man is from the dev of My Friend Pedro. You're a little guy using your guns to kill demons and propel yourself around 2D sidescrolling platformer levels. Has the position management and enemy tracking of a shmup with the movement and platforming of something like N++.

it definitely looks better in motion. although when you're not in the deep depths of a dungeon, some of the PS1-style fog can make it hard to navigate. from what I saw though those parts didn't have bad guys.

Rogue Light Deck Builder is a silly and surreal game where you hammer nails into planks to build a deck (and earn your way to freedom???). Swinging the hammer feels like a Bennett Foddy game... You WILL smack your hand a lot. I like the strange vibe and the sense of humor.

Ruffy and the Riverside is an extremely cute 3D platformer/collectathon with a material swapping gimmick. I love the 2D cutout drawings for all the characters!! And the swapping mechanic seems like it could have some interesting uses.

Labyrinth of the Demon King is a first person dungeon crawler RPG with shades of King's Field/Souls games. It has a really cool PS1-era aesthetic. I got frustrated and quit but have been thinking about it still and want to keep playing.

DVD box sets of Gosei Sentai Dairanger, Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, and Chojin Sentai Jetman.

Ten years ago, affordable physical media of any unlocalized tokusatsu series seemed impossible. And now I own three dang super sentai seasons on DVD! I sure hope Shout can do some 70s toku releases at some point... I'd love to have Goranger, Kamen Rider, or even Kaiketsu Zubat.
