A significant 23 percent said they were not sure. The poll is full of fascinating findings, including that political independents are more than twice as likely to blame Trump and Republicans than Democrats. Meanwhile, Democrats are more likely to blame Republicans (at 87 percent) than Republicans are to blame Democrats (67 percent).”
