I’m not saying that in every case this is true, but if the norm was to give even vague updates it would be such a more pleasant experience

The fact that commissioning an artist means risking that you’ll have to constantly check in or it’ll never get done is exhausting. I get that life happens but it feels like communication is just not there majority of the times I’ve gotten art. Sorta ruins the desire for me to engage in that way.

EA making the 30th meaningless bullshit pack for a game whose engine was intended for a freetoplay multiplayer spinoff (it costs the GDP of a small country to buy the 'full' experience and when you do it will crash every 30 minutes)
