My Dad Posted this years ago. Every now and again I come across his post that strikes a chord in my memory. Dad was a great swimmer, he always had this knack of being able to lie prone still and just float effortessly. We would look on with envy.

A few additional amendments now the paint is dry (new vs original). I wanted the flowers to be more prominent and more detail in the foreground. As well as adding yellow flowers across the field.

Historic Fort Worth had their open gardens event today. 6 properties in Fort Worth opened their doors/gardens for the paying public to see. I was one of the designated artists attending and painted this 20x24” oil painting.
