Netflix’s Reed Hastings Donates $50 Million to Bowdoin College to Launch AI Program with Liberal Arts Focus Brunswick, Maine — Reed Hastings, co-founder and executive chairman of Netflix, has committed $50 million to Bowdoin College, marking one of the most significant gifts in the institution’s 229-year history. The donation will fund a new artificial intelligence initiative designed to integrate AI into the heart of a liberal arts education. The Hastings Scholars Program in Artificial Intelligence, as it will be called, will support new faculty hires, student scholarships, interdisciplinary research, and the creation of AI-focused learning spaces. Bowdoin’s leadership emphasized that this initiative aims to equip students with both technical AI literacy and a deep understanding of its ethical, social, and philosophical implications.

Don't try to achieve too many things.
Focus on these 9 to start.

4. To find out who else is doing the same thing.
5. To identify what information already exists.
6. To offer your conclusion and expertise.
7. To use your solution in case needed.
8. To identify relationship and designs.
