khara routinely uploads production materials on their Twitter, with the way fight scenes are animated it’s literally impossible for them to just be recoloured footage. But it’s Twitter where a lot of people like to get angry so that random tweet might spread 🫠

Actual take I saw on the other site about GQX. I don’t really care if people hate the show, but come on don’t lie about the production to make it look worse.

I know a lot of people are upset about the last gqux episode and that's okay but if you enjoyed it that’s also okay!

And hey, we’re different people getting different things out of the same show and that’s okay. I’ll probably be satisfied putting GQX at a 6/10 unless it ends with something like “this is actually the only UC canon moving forward”

Even down to the person manipulating reality doing it because they want to save someone

Honestly the Rose Lalah stuff is the most interesting part of the story for me, mostly because a game series I like does something VERY similar and if GQX resolves it in a similar way I think it’ll blow people’s minds

That if they were going for that message, the writing and pacing hasn’t matched with it (and GQX is itself reliant on the past via referencing the original UC timeline)
