13.02.2026 13:10 โ ๐ 27 ๐ 10 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0While the EPA says the reapproval of dicamba includes new restrictions that will reduce the chemicalโs harms, watchdog organizations say it actually weakens protections.
13.02.2026 14:01 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 3 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0โ ๏ธ Public health protections are under threat. A House bill would weaken #TSCA by limiting the science EPA can use, removing requirements that chemicals be proven safe, and giving industry more sway over chemical reviews.
Congress must reject this bill and protect our health from toxic chemicals.
We'll see them in court.โ

This administration didnโt just roll back protectionsโit made pollution a business model. Corporations get loopholes. Enforcement disappears. Cancer risk rises. Asthma attacks increase. Polluters profit. Communities pay.

Hurricanes, wildfires, farm losses, and rising costs will hit everywhere โ including communities the administration claims to represent.

On the eve of a bellwether US trial over claims that the weed killer paraquat causes Parkinsonโs, Syngenta quietly settled with a retired landscaper who blamed the company for his diagnosis.

Despite claims that the EPA is "reassessing" the controversial weedkiller paraquat, the Trump administration is simply continuing work started by the Biden administrationโbut not reevaluating the science on the herbicideโs link to Parkinsonโs.

Behind closed doors, members of Congress admit what they wonโt say publicly: environmental rollbacks are causing real harm. They fear speaking out now.
Our job is to make silence politically riskier than telling the truth.

EPA study: When air quality monitors go dark, pollution rises
When certain air quality monitoring sites go offline, air pollution often increases, according to an analysis by the EPAโs Office of the Inspector General. Researchers found that when some air quality monitors that gather daily data went down, levels of fine particulate matter, or soot, went up by about 4 percent. For sites that gather data once every three days, soot pollution increased by 9 percent, according to the report published in September 2025.
