The average tomato picker pulls 650lbs per hour.

At $20/hr, that's $0.03/lb for labor.

ICE *already* can't meet their detainment numbers without rounding up children, veterans, people born in the U.S., people with no criminal records, people at immigration hearings, plus academics and visitors with valid visas.

So who do they plan to detain with >10x the budget?

Whew, whole thread, but as an artist dealing with the "AI' thing from a creative pov, this hits on something I think a lot of us have seen/felt in it which is the dehumanizing element of the AI push towards replacing creative life.
