This new year, I'm shutting out ALL the political noise. I'm going to find the JOY in my life and choose happiness over chaos. Spending more time with friends. Stop saying no when they invite me somewhere. As long as I'm feeling good. I won't let that man cause me anxiety anymore. I choose joy.

I just read a quote that is so true. The apology needs to be as loud as the disrespect. Russell Wilson could have let the negativity get to him. He held his head high. Still messing around with this new place. I talk about my cancer a lot. I have stage Iv breast cancer. It is now in my liver. I want people to KNOW, it is OK to talk about it. It may help others.
