Art is more than just drawing or painting. Music production, game design, film making, photography, and much much more can be done instead. Just because you weren't good at one thing doesn't mean you can't try another. The point is that you're passionate about what you make.

Art supplies are very cheap. Get a pencil and a napkin. A stick and some dirt. Practicing is easy and accessible.

Personal training and specialized facilities for athletics are expensive. Not everyone can do this.
