Feeling overwhelming sad, helpless, broken, hopeless, and terrified today. My brain literally just.. I don’t know how else to say it, but it feels like my brain is going dark. I can’t handle anymore news. But I can’t not know. I’m not entirely at a loss for words, but I feel frozen with fear.

I’m currently looking and work at a fin. Institution in town so I see people coming in with checks for having sold their house and for three years I’ve been asking how long they were on the market and the longest someone told me was like.. a week. Isn’t that insane????

That may be true, and I know I’m very late to this post, but those houses go off market the second they go on the market. The majority of houses in the area are vastly over 250k and are not reasonable single family starter homes.
