So I wake up this morning and go “what if Alexei is dead next to me.. and what if they do an autopsy and determine it was meningitis that killed him… did alexei succumb to meningitis in the night?!?!”

No. He didn’t. And I think I would vomit and laugh at the same time if meningitis ever got him.

Today’s example.. first for context my partner has had a lifelong fear of having meningitis.. so now when he has a horrible headache he’s like “it’s meningitis”.. well yesterday was a headache day.

Do you ever just think of the most horrible scenario that could happen just as a little “what if” fantasy to make you completely anxious? 🤪

I know I live in sort of a small town but right now it feels SO small because today I learned that one of my clients lived in the basement unit of the apartment I lived in at the same time as me… 3/4 years before we ever really “met” each other.

It’s one of those things where in my head I think no one cares about me at all and I hear things like this and it shocks my body as all of my preconceived notions are shattered.. but positively

One of my clients recently started taking pole classes at the studio I go to and at her last appt with me she goes, “you really are so loved by everyone there. Anyone I talk to just has so many sweet things to say about you” 😭😭😭
