Surrey To Eliminate Rezoning Requirement For Non-Market Housing Projects The City of Surrey is providing as-of-right zoning for non-market rental housing projects up to six storeys as part of its Housing Accelerator Fund action plan.

The City of Surrey recently announced an initiative to eliminate rezoning requirements for non-market housing projects, including co-ops. This is a great step towards building more affordable housing options when and where they're needed.
