Their "training sessions" are a joke. It seems that Stede just uses them as an excuse to have Izzy touching him, his performances usually poor; he does much better in the heat of the moment. They spar, and Stede flirts the whole time, waxing poetic about Izzy glowing in the citrus light of sunset.
