I can't answer that very well...the last time I played with a milker before hrt was about 2 years ago now. And then recently about 2 months ago I played with one. i feel like it felt pretty similar both times, but I think I go numb/desensitized a little easier now than before

I tried one almost a year into hrt, having experienced them before as well, and I'd say both before and after were quite enjoyable
