I hear you. James Hoffman had some pretty good things to say about Cometeer frozen coffee pods, but again expensive. Might be nice to have in the freezer for when you need coffee *now*.

Huh. Clearly you've dialed in your brew. I don't have a Commandante, but I have an Ode (gen 1, but gen 2 burrs). I generally brew Hoffman style V60's with the grind around 3.2-4.1 and 36g/550ml. Currently drinking a washed Suke Quto Ethiopian by Panther.

What is your ratio? That looks like way too much water. Also too coarse a grind.

ABA is basically operant conditioning: In situation X, follow script Y. The problem is that life doesn't follow a script. Folks on the spectrum can have trouble with change, but life changes all the time. ABA makes people *more* autistic. Look up RDI, the only thing to change an ADOS/ADI-R score.

I decided that "flavored coffee" is just a way for companies to take low-grade, nigh undrinkable (i.e. cheap) coffee, roast out some of the off flavors, and cover up the rest with a blast of "Irish Creme" or artificial "hazelnut", then sell it at a premium. It's crap coffee that tastes like crap.
