absolutely devestating.
in one of the last "stages", where the music had completely devolved into noise, i heard an actual note for the first time in a long time. it was faint, but i recognized it, so i desperately tried to follow the melody and figure out where i know it from...

it's a powerful portrayal of Alzheimer's where the 6 hour runtime really adds so much to the experience.
