I am not pro monopoly. I support legislation which limits would prevent those outcomes. But they ultimately always fail because capital has no limits

Because it is profitable to not enforce them. Because of capitalism. The perfect legal framework for capitalism will never exist or be enforced because it's too profitable to corrupt it. It is a fantasy to think that it can ever be properly regulated. Stop wasting your time

Capitalism allows for monopoly. The capitalist dupes always hope it doesn't come to that, without ever realizing that capitalism doesn't care about your hopes. It will always enable these unethical and immoral practices noatter how much you hope it doesn't.
