@cnrsbiologie.bsky.social, la revalorisation des contrats de 4e année de thèse avec un statut IR sans aucune annonce de l’application de cette règle alors que tous les projects (ex. ANR) comportant un salaire IE (déjà une augmentation de salaire) ont été validés par le CNRS est incompréhensible.

Je ne vois pas comment cette idée est bonne chose pour la recherche Française. La vie des personnes en thèse qui dépend de cette 4eme année (qui devrait être obligatoire pour leur permette d’être compétitif) est à prendre en compte (visa, loyer, recherche de postdoc). Sans parler de l’image du CNRS
