Okay, I’m adjusting my VGen usage prices again, because I realized the platform doesn’t function the same as my invoices used to.

For the most part, monetized content use will now be +25% and commercial merchandising +75%.

That way, getting them both totals to +100% as intended instead of +150%. 😶

I feel like I should take responsibility for all the issues the protagonist of #BeautysPlaything has, but honestly, the original concept I came up with for him was much more tame than what he became. It’s out of my hands now. 😶

Honestly, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement! Sketching is a longer part of my process and forcing myself to pump this out made me learn to power through the struggle, ignore my perfectionism, and work out faster solutions. While I don’t plan to do this again, I don’t regret committing to it.

The design uses a reflective fabric that gives the appearance of a blend of white, blue, and pink, while the rest of the material used is black. Dotty’s fuchsia hair makes the pink stand out in particular. They beckon you with open arms and a wide grin on their face.
