This is not caused primarily by "screen time".

It's been caused by the mass eradication of third places for young people in basically every city over the past three decades - and a society that's hostile to the concept of teens socialising in public spaces.

No, the sudden response to diabetes drugs and weight loss *must* have been because I was consuming like a feral pig, and I am now behaving like proper human man.
I keep a copy of my food intake spreadsheet to slap them with data & plots whenever they bring it up.

I still get diabetic nurses/GPs etc telling me my new diet is working really well, because they refuse to believe me when I tell them I didn't change diet because my diet was already pretty balanced and calorie appropriate.

Haha I know exactly what you mean. Some guitars (and amps, and pedals) are just so open that they hide nothing and you've just got to get good. I loved using the Catalinbread RAH as a pre-amp into a Blackstar HT5, but man I had to be super clean and tight with it.
