I wanted to quit at various points during the first 3 eps (hate the sister, and the uncheck power in leaders…). But it was good at the end. And love the three main characters.

The novel, about Jessie Redmon Fauset left me sad and grateful. She was essential to the Harlem Renaissance and yet so overlooked. Loved learning about her and “her” writers.
